Free Estimates
We offer free on-site estimates, phone estimates, and email estimates.  Ask for Shaun or Kevin and they should be able to make it out on the same day to give you options and pricing on repairing any problem you may have.

Electric Rodding
The most common type of work we perform is electric rodding.  If water is backing up in your basement, sinks, tubs, drains, or downspouts we have specialized rods for each clog.

Hydro-Jetting
Some sewer lines are clogged with grease, paper, or others types of sludge.  If this is the case, we rod out the sewer line with our Hydro Jetter.  This is a high-pressured water hose with a special top that is made to remove sludge from the line and eject it to the city sewer.  The Hydro-Jetter can also be used to rod open lines for maintenance.

Sewer Line Inspections
We have multiple cameras of all sizes at Madden Sewer.  The camera allows us to see the problem in the underground sewer pipe.  The camera can also be used in PDPs, home inspections, and to locate the sewer line.

Pump Work
At Madden Sewer, we install new pumps, replace defective pumps, and repair pumps.  We work with pumps usually in cases of Flood Controls, over-head sewers, seepage pits, and lift stations. We use Hydromatic pumps, which are top of the line.

Seepage Pipe
We offer a variety of ways to prevent water seepage into your home.  The most common and best type of water proofing is seepage tile.  We dig a small trench around the perimeter of your house and install seepage pipe.  The ground water then seeps into the pipe which goes to a pump pit.  The pump then ejects the water into the sewer pipe and it never reaches your basement.  We also fix cracks in the foundation and install floor drains.

Catch Basins Cleaned and Repaired
Catch Basins are used to seperate grease from the sinks in a building from the main sewer line.  Due to this, grease can build up in the basin and cause a backup in the sink line.  The basin can also fall apart over time and cause major problems in the sewer line.  If this is the case, we can do a repair of the basin or install a complete new one.  Madden Sewer also can eliminate catch basins and install the sink lines directly into the main sewer line.

Pipe Repair
No job is too small or too big for us.  We can install brand new underground sewer, replace sections of pipes, or patch above ground broken pipes.  We also specialize in installing clean outs.  A clean out is a pipe that is used as a rod out station and is accessible from above ground.

Flood Control
If you are ever planning on finishing your basement or keep valuables in your basement, you should consider installing a food control.  If the city sewer ever backs up, a home owner can do nothing but hope the water doesn't fill up their basement.  The only way to prevent this, is by installing a Flood Control.  A Flood Control has a gate which allows water to flow from your house to the city sewer, but the gate closes if any back pressure from the city sewer flows towards your house.  Water from the city sewer will never be able to pass through the gate, but you will still be able to use the water in your house as it will flow into a pump pit and be pumped on the other side of the closed gate.  The gate will reopen as soon and the city sewer lowers back to its normal level.

Overhead Sewer
Overhead Sewer Systems are also used to prevent water from backing up into basement.  All the drains in the basement flow to a pump pit.  The water and waste is pumped from the pit to the overhead sewer.  The overhead sewer pipe is set at a height that will prevent the city sewer from backing up into the basement.

Lift Stations
A lift-station is used when the home owner's sewer line is lower than the city's sewer.  In order to fix this, a lift station can be installed.  Basically, the sewer line from the house runs off into a pump pit, which ejects the water and waste up above the city sewer so it can flow properly. We also replace the pipe and pumps in current lift stations.

Grease Traps
Grease traps are used to contain grease from flowing into the sewer line.  They need to be cleaned often and in some cases need to be rebuilt.  We offer both services and can eliminate the grease trap if that is the home owners wish.

Dye Testing
In order to track a sewer line or find out where a leak is coming from, we offer dye tests.

Toilets
Madden Sewer can buy and install new toilets, install toilets bought buy the customer, or repair the inside workings of the toilet tank.  Wax Rings can also be replaced to prevent leaks from under the toilet.

Frozen Pipes
In the winter time, pipes can freeze and bust.  We have equipment to thaw out the pipe and open it for the water to drain and not freeze.  We can also lower pipes to insure they will not freeze again.

Private Drain Program
The PDP is an offer from the city to help home owners with their sewer problems.  City PDP Site
